Order Processing
All orders will be processed within 2-5 business days from the time they’re placed, and shipped the day after processing. We process orders Monday through Friday. All orders are shipped the day after they are processed. Please note, we do not ship on weekends.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are flat-rate, and you can order as many items as you like for a single cost.
Local with shipping fee/Order:
- United States: $6.95
- Vietnam: $3.95
- International: $19.99
Estimated Delivery Times
U.S. Delivery Time: 7-12 business days (processing time not included)
Vietnam Delivery Time: 1-3 business days (processing time not included)
International Delivery Time: 20-25 business days (processing time not included)

Order Tracking

If tracking information is not available immediately, please know that it means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Tracking updates will appear once the parcel is scanned into their system.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
If you contact the final mile carrier after your order has left our warehouse to request them to forward or redirect your package, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit.
